A quick update with regards to what I am calling my “Clean-eo” diet plus intermittent fasting over the past 3 weeks. So far so good. I really think this has a chance to be transformative for my body and mind health. I look forward to sharing more specifics moving forward.
In this video, I tie in food inflation as it relates to the pandemic. Many people are struggling with exploding food costs which is driving them to poor decisions. This is a big problem during the pandemic as I believe the best long term defense against any virus is a healthy diet which then supports a strong immune system. I have been eating a “clean foods” that is roughly 90% ketogenic, and pairing that with exercise and targeted supplements. Nearly all of the food I consume now contains organic ingredients and is low in saturated fats, sugars, and refined grains and oils while being heavy in unsaturated fats, protein, and phytonutrients. Please note I am not taking a position on vaccines either way, in other words YOU do YOU.
